MEALS-ONLY REGISTRATION
When to use the meals-only registration form:
- You wish to attend one or more meal functions but are not registered for the conference (e.g. program presenters, exhibitors, etc.)
- You have registered for a HALF-DAY pre-conference session and want to order lunch on Wed.
- You have registered for the conference but need to use a different credit card or check for the Wed. lunch, PLD dinner, Banquet and/or Lampman breakfast.

CANCELLATION POLICY Only written cancellations received one week prior to the start of the conference will be honored and should be addressed to Lorie Vik at [email protected]. A $10.00 service fee will be applied to all cancellations. Registrations are transferable with written notification.
Onsite registration for the conference will be available, but meals cannot be guaranteed. Payment may be made by credit card or check.
